The Australian anti-dumping commission has postponed its rulings on precision pipes imported from China and South Korea. According to Orrcon Manufacturing Pty Ltd, the Commission has initiated the first phase of a review of the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CCD) measures.
The “Statement of Fundamental Facts” (SFF) is expected to be published by 9 April 2026, and the final report with recommendations to the Minister of Industry and Science by 10 June 2026.
The investigation period covers the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, and the injury review period from 1 July 2021. The review covers products falling within CN codes 7306.30.00.30, 7306.50.00.45 and 7306.61.00.21.
